Our church is made up of real people who love God, and Love Wilkes and we have a place for you! Check out the FAQ’s or preview a service online to know what to expect as you plan your visit, and when you’re ready to take the next step, we’ll have smiling faces and a warm cup of coffee ready to greet you!

We know checking out a new church can feel a little awkward, and our heart is to make you feel welcome and comfortable as you experience all that God is doing at Celebration!

We’ve been there, too!

 FAQs

  • We have two identical services starting at 9:00 or 11:00 am on Sundays. We start service by singing contemporary worship music blended with foundational hymns. Our goal is to enter His Presence, where there is maximum joy, healing, and peace. We have a full worship team and band. After the music, one of our pastors (or a tag-team) will bring solid, Biblical teaching with real life application as we follow our current series. You can follow along on screen, or in the youversion Bible app. Services are around 1 hour and 20 minutes.

  • We get it. New experiences are scary. If you turn your caution lights on as you enter the driveway, our parking team will guide you to the best spot! As you enter the cafe, you can grab for a cup of coffee on your way to service, or stop by the Resource Center with any questions you may have! If you have children, you can check them in to our secure children’s learning environments before service!

  • We want you to feel comfortable to come as you are! Some people dress up, and some dress down. Most just dress casually.

  • Our pastoral team recognizes that there is no perfect translation unless it is the original languages. They teach from a variety of translations, but most often NIV or ESV. You can follow along in whatever translation you feel most comfortable with.

  • Your babies through 5th graders are welcome to join you for service, but you can be assured that they will be safe and engaged in our cKids and cKids jr ministries, where they will receive age appropriate teaching and learn through play in a secure environment.

Your 6th-12th graders are the perfect age to be a part of what God is doing in the main service and can connect with other teens and trusted adults at our Wednesday Night programming- Uprising Student Ministry.
