cKIDS and CKids jr.
A fun, dynamic environment for kids of all ages to learn Biblical truth.
cKids and cKids Jr. meet Sunday mornings at our 9:00 and 11:00 services. Children can be checked in 15 minutes before the service starts so that you can be free to grab a cup of coffee and find a seat for worship! You can be sure that they will be learning about the Bible at an age-appropriate level in a safe and exciting setting.
All members of our Generations Team have been through a background check and training process. You will be asked to fill out an information card on your family, so we can be aware of any allergies or special needs, and emergency contact information. Each child will be given a name tag with a security number. A copy of the number will be given to the adult bringing the child in order to pick them up. The security numbers are matched at the end of the service for pick up, for the safety of each child. Be sure to grab your parent cues and daily devotions when you pick-up your child! If we need a parent during service, we will display this number on the overhead screens.
CKIDS JR.
Our nursery leaders reinforce basic truths with our smallest Celebrators through songs, simple phrases, and intentional interactions. With our toddlers and preschoolers, we use music, video, small groups, crafts, and games to help kids learn what it means to put their trust in Jesus! In our generations ministries, we take our cue from the Great Commandment to Love GOD with all our heart and our neighbor as ourself.
In cKids jr., we want all of our kids to start first grade knowing three basic truths:
God Made Me!
God Loves Me!
Jesus wants to be my friend forever!
CKIDS
cKids is a fun, dynamic environment where kids learn Biblical truths and memorize Bible verses through story-telling, small groups, art projects, music, and games. Everything we do is designed to help kids learn what it means to put their trust in Jesus! In cKids, we focus on helping children grow in the same way Jesus did (Luke 2:52): In Wisdom, In Faith (favor with God), and In Friendship (favor with man).
We want our kids to grow up believing:
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
uprising students
Middle and high school students can connect with God, other students, and authentic leaders while growing closer to Jesus.
Uprising is the weekly gathering of the Celebration Student Ministry that meets Wednesday nights from 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in the student center. We are dedicated to providing a place for students (6th–12th grade) to connect and grow closer to Jesus while being empowered to live boldly for Him. Typical nights include music, teaching, games and small groups.
Partnering with Parents
At Celebration, we believe that you as a parent, (grandparent, or guardian) are the greatest influence in your child's life. We believe that when the love of the home is combined with the light of the church, we have the greatest potential for impact. That's why we use the Orange curriculum strategy. While we may have 40 hours a year with your child, you will have a potential 3,000 hours with that same child. Over the approximately 936 weeks that you’ll have with your child from birth to high-school graduation, we want to partner with you every step of the way. Our curriculum is designed to focus on the most important core truths in our time together, and equip you to continue the conversation at home through simple conversation starters and daily God-time devotionals. Your child changes quickly. We want to partner with you to make the most of every developmental phase of your child's life. That's why we make sure our curriculum is meeting the physical, social and emotional needs of your kid at every phase. While every child develops at their own pace, we want to use those core basic needs to meet them where they are at and point them to Jesus. We know navigating these phases can be tricky as a parent too!
